Terms of Service

As a resume-writing company, the following are the terms of service for our services:


1. Payment

Customers are required to pay after we negotiate the price, and we accept payment via credit card or PayPal or e-transfer. Our prices for each service package are clearly outlined on our website, and we reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time.


2. Refunds

Customers can inquire about a refund by emailing the writer at Resume Rejuvenation who rendered their services. Refund requests are granted on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right not to offer refunds.  If you have paid for services and the work has not yet begun and you cancel for any given reason, we will refund you the full amount. If you cancel after work on your behalf has begun, your refund may be less than the full amount based on the time put into the project on your behalf. 


3. Turnaround Time

The estimated turnaround time for each service package is outlined on our website. This timeframe starts from the day that we carry out our first in-depth meeting and review of the customer’s past experiences (a discovery call or any other preliminary conversations do not count as the beginning of this timeframe). The timeline is subject to change based on the complexity of the project or the current demand for our services, as well as personal interruptions in the lives of both the customer and the writer.


4. Revisions

We offer a certain number of revisions with each service package. The number of revisions included varies depending on the service package purchased and the depth and complexity of the revision request. We withhold the right to charge an extra fee for additional revisions as long as we have made the customer adequately aware of this before carrying out those additional services. 


5. Privacy

We are committed to protecting customer data and maintaining confidentiality. We use customer data only for the purpose of providing our services, and we do not share this information with third parties. Customer information is stored securely in our database, and we take all reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access. See our detailed privacy policy for more information.


6. Communication

We communicate with customers via email, phone, text, Microsoft Teams, and many other digital platforms as needed.  We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 48 hours, but this may vary based on demand.


7. Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in the finished product. We are not responsible for any damages that may result from the use or inability to use our services.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services or a customer's account at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees owed to us must be paid immediately.


9. Governing law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and all applicable laws in Canada; any legal disputes arising from them will be settled in accordance with these laws.


10. Intellectual property

We retain the intellectual property rights to the finished product (e.g., the resume or cover letter) until payment is made in full. Once payment is received, the customer has ownership of the finished product and may use it for any purpose, except to sell it. 

By using our services, customers agree to our terms of service. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
